REPORTS TO: Dining Room Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises all aspects of Dining Room operations that results in providing efficient quality service to each and every guest. Creates a positive atmosphere for employees and guests. Works morning, evening, and Saturday shifts. We are closed on Sunday!

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be multi-tasked, highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, effective leadership abilities with the ability to motivate others. Must be familiar with each FOH positions. Character must be one that displays maturity in interpersonal communication, one of honesty, integrity and dependability, and one who maintains an overall positive attitude, especially towards our guests.


  • Fills the position on host/hostess/cashire.
  • Oversee 5-9 team members (Host/ess, bussers, servers) during shift.
  • Keep all FOH departments running smoothly.
  • Cover of staff schedule (if needed)
  • Assist each department as needed.
  • Oversee clean-ups and preventive maintenance of different depts.
  • Consistently enforce and support LFC polices and guidelines.
  • Communicate any concerns, problems or ideas with management.
  • Participate and/or attend in meetings.
  • Assign employee break times when applicable.
  • Assist with reservations.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Handling cash trays.
  • Perform all additional tasks as described in manual.
  • Shifts are 5:45AM – 2PM and 2PM – 9:30PM. Saturdays are required. Closed Sundays!


EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Must be able

to speak, read, write and understand English. Basic computer skills helpful.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience working in the restaurant industry with experience in serving, hostessing, and customer service.

PHYSICAL: Must be able to stand and work quickly for up to five (5) hours. Must be able to bend and stoop, and lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
